At Ambre Blends, we take pride in our hand-crafted essences and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Contact our customer experience team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is unused and the seal is intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our production facility in Indianapolis.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
